

Grassroots Gratitude
Grassroots Gratitude is a written and spoken word project, grounded in the Bow Valley. The brain-child of community change-maker, gratitude advocate, and master journal writer, Lorraine Widmer-Carson, her key messages are inspired by her home place experience as a longtime resident of the Bow Valley. Key topics of her educational programs are: Gratitude inspires change. Journal writing is a skill that can be learned but takes commitment. In a fast paced culture, picking up a pen to focus your thoughts is a tool that benefits a person's mind, body, and souls.
