Deer Lodge is home to the Mount Fairview Dining Room - one of the most noted dining rooms in the Canadian Rockies. This full-service dining room offers breakfast, lunch & dinner daily and features menu items that play host to delicious Rocky Mountain flavours. These flavours are part of our signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine – a style influenced by hearty meals made by European mountain guides artfully presented and professionally served. Rocky Mountain Cuisine is best as an artful assemblage of Canadian ingredients such as bison and elk raised on CRM Ranch, sustainable seafood, prairie-grown grains and locally sourced vegetables. The Mount Fairview Dining Room offers an extensive wine list featuring award-winning Canadian wines from central B.C. and Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula – including a generous selection of hard to find Vintners’ reserve wines.
